Ready Kitchen and Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a leading F&B consulting and solutions company, providing end-to-end support in operations, hiring, marketing, and business development for restaurants, cloud kitchens, and food brands.
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive / HR Manager who will primarily focus on Recruitment (70%) while also managing HR operations & engagement (30%). The role involves both client hiring mandates and internal recruitment, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for client requirements and internal hiring.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Screen and shortlist profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate client interviews.
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Deliver recruitment solutions within defined timelines.
HR Operations & Employee Engagement
Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate employee data, contracts, and HR documentation.
Support payroll processing, attendance, and performance tracking.
Assist in employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
Ensure HR compliance and smooth day-to-day HR functioning.
Client Coordination
Act as the primary HR contact for client hiring mandates.
Build and nurture long-term client and candidate relationships.
Provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of the recruitment life cycle & HR processes.
Proven expertise in sourcing & headhunting via job portals & LinkedIn.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
Familiarity with F&B, Hospitality, or Consulting industry preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment-heavy HR roles.
