Ready Kitchen and Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is a leading F&B consulting and solutions company, providing end-to-end support in operations, hiring, marketing, and business development for restaurants, cloud kitchens, and food brands. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive / HR Manager who can handle both client hiring mandates and our internal recruitment needs, while contributing to overall HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for client requirements and internal hiring.
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate final selection.
  • Collaborate with department heads and clients to understand hiring needs.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for future requirements.

HR Operations & Employee Engagement

  • Oversee onboarding and induction of new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Support payroll, attendance, and performance management processes.
  • Organize employee engagement and retention activities to foster a positive work culture.

Client Coordination

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for client hiring requirements.
  • Deliver recruitment solutions aligned with client expectations.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle & HR processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple mandates efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office, job portals, and LinkedIn recruitment.
  • Prior experience in F&B, Hospitality, or Consulting industry preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR (Recruitment & Generalist roles).
