Recruiting Intern

As a Recruiting Intern based in Khar, Mumbai, you will have the exciting opportunity to be a part of our team and contribute to the process of identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment processes and is well-suited for individuals who are enthusiastic about HR and talent acquisition. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates by posting job openings on various platforms, utilizing online databases and social media for candidate sourcing, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining candidate databases, supporting onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting in employer branding efforts by creating content for social media and recruitment campaigns. To excel in this role, you should be currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential qualifications for this position.
