Position- Recruiting Coordinator

Company- Trueblue India

Location- Gurgaon Sec- 48

5 Days work from office + Night Shift

Responsibilities-

1. Support Recruitment lifecycle job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, pre-employment checks, and onboarding activities.

2. Ensure proactive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

3. Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards

4. Prompt response to queries from Internal and External stakeholders

5. Update and maintain documentation along with the applicant data in ATS with accuracy.

6. Works with strong process discipline and is skilled in Microsoft Office and Data Management tools.

7. Handles ambiguity while balancing SLAs, quality, and priorities.

What we are looking for:

• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment coordination or customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong Aptitude and must be good with Analytics Skills

• Strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple priorities within timelines

• Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
