Position Overview:


IP-led digital software and services company




Key Responsibilities:


Strategy and Program Development

  • Develop and maintain a clear

    talent acquisition strategy

    aligned with Trianz’s business goals.
  • Design

    recruiting frameworks, programs, and initiatives

    that support our transformation into a digital-first organization.
  • Create and refine an

    Employer Value Proposition (EVP)

    that communicates who we are and what we stand for.


Employer Branding and Talent Marketing

  • Lead the development of

    branding materials, campaigns, and content

    to increase awareness and attract key talent.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to ensure

    consistent messaging

    across channels.
  • Identify and implement approaches to

    enhance Trianz’s reputation

    as a preferred employer in the digital space.


Process and Candidate Experience

  • Review and improve

    end-to-end recruiting processes

    to make them more efficient and candidate friendly.
  • Implement

    tools and best practices

    that support transparency, speed, and quality in hiring.
  • Proven success in ATS/HCM rollouts and system adoption.
  • Familiarity with AI/predictive analytics tools in recruitment.
  • Build feedback mechanisms to regularly

    measure and improve the candidate experience

    .
  • Automate recruitment workflows and ensure audit compliance
  • Deliver data-driven and analytical insights.


Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, and business leaders to

    align recruiting plans with workforce needs

    .
  • Advise stakeholders on

    trends, tools, and metrics

    that can strengthen recruiting outcomes.
  • Support hiring teams with

    training and resources

    to ensure consistent application of new practices.


Metrics and Reporting

  • Define and track

    KPIs and success measures

    for recruiting programs, branding efforts, and process improvements.
  • Use data and insights to

    report progress and recommend adjustments

    as needed.
  • Build regular reporting to

    highlight achievements and areas for development

    .




Qualifications:


  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.



  • Experience:


  • Minimum

    8–10 years in talent acquisition or related HR roles

    , with experience in designing recruiting programs or COE work.
  • Familiarity with

    employer branding, EVP development, and recruiting process design

    .
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, ATS/HCM systems, and compliance frameworks.
  • Track record of leading digital transformation in HR or TA functions.
  • Strong employer branding and candidate experience orientation.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, MS. Visio.
  • Background in technology, digital services, or consulting preferred.
  • Skills:

  • Strong project and program management capabilities.
  • Good understanding of

    talent acquisition metrics and analytics

    .
  • Ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Comfortable using

    modern recruiting tools and platforms

    .
