Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Recruiter at Visualview Media, you will play a key role in hiring top talent to support our operational and strategic goals. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, engaging with candidates, and collaborating with various departments to ensure that the best people join our company to drive our mission forward.



Key Responsibilities: 


  • Source, screen, and identify high-quality candidates, ensuring alignment with Visualview Media's values and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs through job postings, networking, employee referrals, and other sourcing techniques.
  • Organize, coordinate, and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with department heads to understand their talent needs and assist in crafting effective hiring strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices while maintaining proper documentation and records.
  • Prepare and extend offer letters, negotiate terms as required, and coordinate with HR teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Keep candidates informed and provide timely updates to maintain a positive hiring experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in creating and improving recruitment-related standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor recruitment trends and provide recommendations to refine talent acquisition strategies regularly.


Qualifications:


  • 1-5 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a related role, preferably in media or content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques using job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, enabling you to manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
