Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Handling end-to-end recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordination, and onboarding

✅ Understanding client requirements and delivering candidates within stipulated timelines

✅ Maintaining candidate databases and updating daily reports

✅ Conducting telephonic interviews and assessing candidate suitability

✅ Scheduling interviews with clients and ensuring smooth coordination

✅ Following up with candidates for joining and documentation formalities

✅ Maintaining professionalism and ensuring an excellent candidate experience
