The company is part of the InCred Group, which has growing businesses across Retail lending, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Banking and Institutional Equities Research & Broking and Wholesale Debt Market.

We are looking for a HR recruiter who will have the following responsibilities:

> Responsible for entire Recruitment Lifecycle in Private Banking; from sourcing to on-boarding within TAT

> Work optimally with various sourcing channels: Job-boards, consultants etc for closure of all open positions

> Assist the Business HR partner in HR related activities

> Work closely with hiring managers and respective stakeholders to close open positions at the earliest

>Follow up with the respective candidates in terms offers, joining dates and others.

Ideal candidate:

Source and recruit candidates using various job portals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience of working in the Private Banking is an added advantage
