Key Responsibilities: - Posting job ads and managing recruitment processes - Conducting interviews and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs - Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Qualifications Required: - Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Interviewing - Solid understanding of Screening, Sourcing, and Recruiting techniques - Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases preferred - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required - Experience in the healthcare industry considered a definite plus,
