The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles, particularly within the technology sector. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding. - Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications to match them with appropriate job openings. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment. - Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus. - Knowledge of US labor laws and employment regulations is preferred.
