Job Description

About the Role:

We are hiring a HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions in our organization. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about talent acquisition, enjoy interacting with people, and want to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist with On-boarding and Induction processes.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile:

Education: Graduation (Mandatory).
Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates (6+ months in recruitment) are welcome.
Note: Female candidates only residing in Jaipur are considered.
Students or pursuing candidates are not eligible.

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Passion for HR, talent acquisition, and recruitment.

Salary & Benefits:

Experienced (06+ months): Up to 20,000/month
Performance Incentives.
