Job Overview
Full Time We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter Trainee to join our team. This position is a great opportunity for individuals interested in developing their career in Human Resources.As a Recruiter Trainee, you will be responsible for managing our recruitment process to ensure we select the most suitable candidates as per requirements. Your duties will include sourcing potential recruits, reviewing CVs, conducting preliminary interviews, and assisting in the decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job advertisements and organize resumes and job applications
- Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process
- Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
- Screen potential employees' CVs and application forms to identify suitable candidates
- Assist in the decision-making process by providing relevant information about potential hires
- Participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Recruitment Tools And Systems And Skills
Learn to effectively use CEIPAL (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Assist in maintaining and updating candidate records in the system.
Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives
Contribute to initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.Assist in collecting feedback from candidates and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Market Research & Analysis
Stay informed about industry trends, and market insights to improve recruitment strategies.Analyses recruitment data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Education
: Preferably a Master’s degree; minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience
: Freshers or those with relevant exposure to HR/recruitment may apply.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with HR software (CEIPAL preferred).Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.Analytical thinking and a keen eye for detail.
