- Identifying potential candidates from the database as per requirements of the Job opportunities available - Calling and / or emailing the candidates from the database and aligning them for the Job opportunities available - Coordinating with employer / client organization and scheduling the interviews - Getting the interview process and interview rounds conducted for candidates on daily basis - Getting the results for the interviewed candidates from the employer - Verifying the documents shared by the candidates and coordinating with employer for the documentation process - Creating and managing the database of candidates aligned through the company - Reporting on daily basis to the seniors and management as required Candidate should have excellent skills on MS Excel, MS Word, social media and emailing Both male and female candidates can apply Good communication skills are required for expectation setting of candidates This is a calling profile for rigorous daily calling and database searching is required
