Recruiter Trainee

As a junior to mid-level Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Specialist at Wellversed, located in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for understanding and executing recruitment functions efficiently. Your role will require ultra-high proficiency in verbal and written communication, as well as operating Google Sheets and Google Forms effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing the non-tech recruitment and selection process, developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with the business strategy, conducting initial HR screenings and Culture Fit interviews, and formulating hiring plans in coordination with the leadership team. You will be expected to ensure a continuous pipeline of prospective candidates, assess candidates for role match and cultural fit, and develop metrics to measure team growth and performance. Utilizing sourcing techniques and job boards, you should be able to identify prospective candidates using various channels and sources. It will be your responsibility to break hold-ups in recruitment through headhunting skills, take employer branding initiatives, and expand the company's social media outreach to attract diverse talent. To be successful in this role, you should have relevant experience in recruitment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in using Google Sheets/Excel. Being highly organized, people-oriented, and results-driven will be essential. You should possess the ability to assess behavioral aspects and cultural fit of candidates, build and manage interpersonal relationships effectively, and show enthusiasm for taking ownership and achieving targets.
