Recruiter Trainee

As a junior to mid-level Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Specialist at Wellversed, you will be responsible for understanding the recruitment functions and demonstrating ultra-high proficiency in verbal and written communication, as well as operating Google Sheets and Google Forms effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the non-tech recruitment and selection process efficiently. - Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the business strategy. - Conduct initial HR screening and Culture Fit interview rounds. - Formulate hiring plans, collaborate with the leadership team and department heads, and offer seamless talent recruitment solutions. - Ensure a continuous pipeline of candidates for various open positions, identify potential candidates through various channels, and assess them for role match and cultural fit. - Develop and manage metrics to evaluate team growth and performance. - Implement multiple strategies, including headhunting, to overcome recruitment obstacles. - Drive employer branding initiatives and expand social media outreach to attract diverse talent and increase interview-to-joining ratios. Qualifications Required: - Solid experience with a good understanding of sourcing techniques and job boards. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to assess Behavioral Aspects/Cultural Fitment of candidates effectively. - Proficiency in using Google Sheets/Excel. - Strong organizational skills in work planning and team communication. - People-oriented and results-driven mindset. - Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company successfully. - Proven track record of taking ownership and achieving targets.
