Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job ads on various job boards, portals, and social media platforms.
• Identify potential candidates through online and offline channels.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Recruitment, Interviewing, and Talent Acquisition.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

• Master’s degree

  in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Note:

  Consultancy experience will

  not

  be considered for this role.
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry will be an added advantage.
