Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for
contractual and full-time domestic roles
across various industries
Sourcing candidates through job portals, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks
Screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and coordinating interview rounds
Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring timely closures
Achieving weekly/monthly hiring targets and maintaining recruitment MIS

Requirements

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in
domestic staffing, with a strong focus on contractual hiring
