As an IT Recruiter at Impactica Solution, you will play a crucial role in connecting talented professionals with exciting opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs. You will source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Additionally, you will be conducting initial calls, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to identify the best fit for the organization. In this role, you will be managing the full recruitment cycle from posting job vacancies to negotiating offers. You will guide managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluations, and market trends. It will be essential for you to maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while building a strong talent pipeline. Furthermore, you will be fostering relationships with passive candidates for future roles and assisting with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth hiring experience. The ideal candidate for this position should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in bulk IT recruitment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must-have. Strong organizational and time management abilities are essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment. Familiarity with ATS and HR databases, as well as a positive attitude towards finding the right talent, are key qualities we are looking for. An educational background in B.Tech (CS/IT) or BCA is preferred, and HR/recruitment certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR would be a plus.
