The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering scaffolding and construction solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients across India. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Expertise Clearly explain the features and benefits of scaffolding products (clamps, jacks, and accessories). Offer timely technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases. Conduct regular site visits to assess project requirements and provide tailored solutions. 2. Sales Support Generate leads through site visits, referrals, and professional networking. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements effectively. Assist in preparing quotations, technical bids, and sales proposals. Provide pre-sales guidance including product selection and application consultation. 3. Proposal Development Identify prospective clients through structured market research. Recommend scaffolding solutions based on site conditions and project specifications. Maintain a robust enquiry pipeline by engaging both new and existing clients. 4. Relationship Building Engage professionally with contractors, consultants, architects, and procurement teams. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Serve as a technical advisor, offering proactive insights and after-sales support. 5. Market Intelligence Conduct field visits to gather insights on customer needs and industry trends. Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies. Share actionable feedback with production and product development teams. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in construction equipment or allied industries. Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi . Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license . Willingness to travel frequently to project and construction sites.
