Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer with 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting HVAC products and solutions, developing new clients, managing existing customers, and achieving sales targets through technical and commercial expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC projects (Residential, Commercial & Industrial).
• Meet consultants, architects, builders, contractors, and end customers to promote HVAC solutions.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for solution finalization.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC systems.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales orders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Attend site visits, technical discussions, and project meetings.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, VRF/VRV, AHU, FCU, Ducting, Ventilation, etc.).
• Strong technical and commercial understanding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle customer negotiations and closing deals.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and CRM tools preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC sales or project sales.
• Experience in dealing with consultants, builders, and MEP contractors is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,744.63 - ₹44,354.16 per month
