Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at Premier Aircon Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various air conditioning systems, including VRF, IRF, Split ACs, and ductable units. This role requires strong technical expertise, customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair air conditioning systems including VRF, IRF, Split AC, ductable units, and central HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues using specialized tools and instruments.
• Replace or repair defective components such as compressors, fan motors, thermostats, sensors, filters, and expansion valves.
• Conduct system performance tests and ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards.
• Work with refrigerants in accordance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all work performed.
• Liaise with customers professionally to explain findings, solutions, and provide cost and time estimates.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all site operations.
• Attend technical training sessions to stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning.
• Good years of hands-on experience with AC, VRF, IRF, Split AC, and ductable unit systems.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Good understanding of electrical and electronic systems related to HVAC.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Valid driving license preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working in diverse environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
