Job Description

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. The primary responsibilities include working on talent acquisition needs based on our client’s JD using the keywords from the JD and sourcing from different platforms / job portals and identifying the right profiles and managing jobs, candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, joining formalities etc. Responsibilities Handling end-to-end hiring processes with the available resource. Coordinating and scheduling for daily line-ups and ensuring the positions are closed in the defined TAT (turnaround time) Head Hunting from different online portals. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks. Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions using ATS Conduct interviews via phone or in-person and screen effectively Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Serve as contact person for questions from candidates Qualifications Bachelor's degree Effective communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) High-energy and passion Demonstrated ability to closures and achieving the desired KPI's Show more Show less
