Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Gurugram. The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various positions within the company. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate records. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
