Your workdays will be from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, with every 2nd and 4th Saturday as days off. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing efficient recruitment strategies, overseeing the entire recruitment process from job postings to onboarding, establishing connections with potential candidates, and advocating for the organization's mission and values. Furthermore, you will collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their requirements and preferences. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 4 years of recruitment experience, have a solid grasp of recruitment best practices and current trends, exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while effectively managing priorities.
