Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The primary responsibility of this role is to call shortlisted candidates, coordinate and schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth end-to-end interview process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and communicate with shortlisted candidates for various open positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain and update interview trackers and candidate databases.
• Send interview invites and follow-up emails/messages to ensure attendance.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates post-interview in coordination with the team.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist in sourcing candidates if required (basic level).

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0 - 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in using MS Excel, email, and basic recruitment tools.
• Comfortable in making multiple calls and handling candidate queries.
• High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.
