Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our vibrant human resources team. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent across various functions and levels. Your energetic approach will help us build a strong, diverse workforce aligned with our organizational goals. You will leverage innovative sourcing strategies, maintain excellent relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across multiple channels, including social media management and job boards.
  • Conduct thorough interviewing processes, assessing candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Workday to streamline candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage in HR sourcing activities like cold calling, research, and relationship management to identify passive candidates and build talent pools.
  • Coordinate campus recruitment initiatives, including career fairs and university partnerships, to attract emerging talent.
  • Negotiate employment contracts and offers with candidates while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations.
  • Facilitate employee orientation sessions, onboarding processes, and employee evaluation procedures to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Collaborate with HR teams on succession planning, training & development programs, and employee relations initiatives to foster internal growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles with a focus on technical recruiting and executive search.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Lever, Taleo, or PeopleSoft; experience with Workday or HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices across jurisdictions.
  • Ability to utilize social media management tools for candidate outreach and employer branding campaigns.
  • Experience in HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research, and lead generation strategies.
  • Proficiency in using HR software such as ADP, Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro or Salesforce for data management and reporting purposes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
