Career Counselor (2+ years Sales Experience)

1. Lead Handling & Follow-Up

• Handle all walk-in enquiries and provide clear information about courses.
• Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective learners.
• Update daily enquiries in CRM/lead register.

2. Counselling for Conversion

• Counsel students based on their career goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Explain course details, fees, placement support, and advantages clearly.
• Convert enquiries into registrations and achieve monthly targets.

3. Parent & Student Interaction

• Engage confidently with parents during counselling sessions.
• Clarify doubts regarding fees, courses, placement, and career outcomes.
• Build rapport and trust to increase walk-in conversions.

4. Follow-Up for Enrolments

• Maintain systematic follow-up with all hot leads.
• Ensure daily target of call volume, follow-ups, and registrations.
• Convert pending enquiries before batch launch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
