Job Overview:

Recruiter

Role Description

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain a detailed database of candidates and keep records of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in recruiting and sourcing techniques.
  • Support the development of recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members.
  • High attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting for specific industries or roles (Sales, Operations, Non-IT sector majorly) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
