Position Overview

Recruiter – Overseas Division

Key Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates against job specifications.
Coordinate with international clients to understand manpower needs and project timelines.
Manage the documentation process for overseas deployment in compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain strong candidate and client relationships to ensure continued business success.

Qualifications and Experience

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in overseas or technical recruitment.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with Gulf and international job markets.
Proven ability to manage multiple client requirements efficiently.
