Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist at our company in Ahmedabad, your role will involve managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Jr./Mid/Senior roles. This includes sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, and other channels. You will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with designated interviewers. Additionally, scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and negotiating compensation will be part of your responsibilities. It will also be important for you to maintain and update recruitment databases and reports, as well as assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
