Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Thane. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment processes, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs. The recruiter will also maintain records, ensure compliance with employment policies, and contribute to developing strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and candidate sourcing
  • Strong interviewing and communication skills, with the ability to assess candidate qualifications
  • Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and record-keeping practices
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in educational recruitment or HR roles is a plus
