As a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter at our company in Bengaluru, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles across various departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Quality in the food and beverage industry. Your focus will be on sourcing strategies and identifying the right talent to support business growth. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles across departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and Quality. - Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals. - Conducting initial screening and coordinating interviews with relevant stakeholders. - Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and preparing recruitment reports. - Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Supporting recruitment drives and walk-in interviews as needed. To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the food/FMCG or manufacturing sector. - Strong sourcing and screening skills. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. - Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
