Job Title: Recruiter Intern (3-Month Internship)

Role & responsibilities

Call and engage with students/candidates from the data list provided by the team.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate eligibility, interest, communication skills, and suitability for the role.
Maintain accurate call logs and update candidate status in tracking sheets/ATS.
Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth coordination of interview schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong interest in HR and recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
