Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹25,000/month

About the Role:

Sankar IAS Academy is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes for academic and administrative positions. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle for non-IT roles, primarily academic and support staff
• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules
• Collaborate with department heads for final selection and feedback
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and documentation
• Support the HR team in onboarding and joining formalities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR or related field preferred)
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in non-IT or education/service sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Willingness to relocate to or reside in Coimbatore
