Position: HR RecruiterIndustry: Interior Fit-Out / Interior Contracting / ConstructionLocation: Mumbai Experience: 2–6 Years (Interior / Construction preferred)Role OverviewThe HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for interior fit-out projects, including site staff, technical professionals, and corporate roles. The role requires strong coordination with project teams, vendors, and management to ensure timely hiring aligned with project deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionHandle end-to-end recruitment for interior fit-out projects.Source candidates for roles such as:Project ManagersSite Engineers / SupervisorsQuantity SurveyorsDesignersCarpenters, Fit-out Supervisors, Electricians, MEP staffCorporate & support staffCoordinate with project heads and site teams to understand manpower requirements.Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and schedule technical interviews.Manage offer letters, negotiations, and joining formalities.Site & Project CoordinationWork closely with project execution teams to meet urgent hiring needs.Handle bulk hiring for project-based requirements.Maintain manpower deployment and replacement planning.Vendor & Consultant ManagementCoordinate with recruitment consultants, labor contractors, and manpower suppliers.Evaluate and manage recruitment agencies for cost and quality.Employee Onboarding & DocumentationManage onboarding process including:Appointment lettersDocumentationBackground verificationCoordinate joining at site or HO.HR Operations SupportMaintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.Support HR operations related to attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance (if required).Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of interior fit-out / construction recruitment.Ability to hire technical & site-based roles quickly.Excellent coordination and communication skills.Familiarity with project-based hiring cycles.Proficient in job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsMBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.Prior experience in interior contracting, construction, or real estate companies.Willingness to travel to project sites if required.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Time-to-hireOffer-to-joining ratioHiring quality & retentionCost per hireHiring closure against project timelines
