Recruiter / Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  full recruitment life cycle

  — resume screening, interviews, assessments, and offer coordination.
• Source candidates through

  multiple channels

  : job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Handle

  B.Voc, Flexi, NAPS & NATS

  industry hiring mandates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and timelines.

Requirements

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience:

  2 to 5 years in

  staffing recruitment / bulk hiring

  (Automobile, Manufacturing, Sheet Metal sectors preferred).

• Industry Knowledge:

  B.Voc, Flexi, NAPS, and NATS hiring experience is

  mandatory

  .

• Skills:

  Excellent communication, sourcing, and coordination skills.

• Availability:

  Immediate joiners preferred (within 7 days max).
