Role Overview:

Onsite Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and business priorities.
  
• Source and assess candidates using multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
  
• Build a strong pipeline of

  engineering and manufacturing talent

  .
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure SLA adherence.
  
• Provide a smooth and engaging experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
  

Requirements:

• 3-5 years

  of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in an

  RPO or onsite environment

  .

• Prior experience hiring for manufacturing or engineering roles

  is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the

  Power, Energy, or Wind sector

  is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Experience using

  ATS systems

  and recruitment dashboards.
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
