Key Responsibilities: - Source candidates from various job portals - Screen resumes and contact relevant candidates - Assess knowledge, communication skills, aptitude, and experience of applicants - Arrange interviews for selected candidates - Maintain good relationships with candidates - End-to-end recruitment - Utilize computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, etc.) Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to research and understand the business process - Strong learning skills - Positive attitude and interpersonal skills - Excellent rapport-building abilities Please note that referrals are encouraged.
