The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on bulk hiring for various roles within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment analytics, proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables), and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment effectively.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization, particularly for bulk hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment plans.

Bulk Hiring:

  • Oversee high-volume recruitment campaigns, including planning, sourcing, and onboarding candidates for healthcare roles.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Source candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Use advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, to manage and analyze recruitment data.
  • Prepare and present detailed recruitment metrics and reports to senior management.

Employer Branding:

  • Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and networking sessions.


KEY SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in bulk hiring processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


LOCATION

  • Delhi


EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates with 2 years to 4 years of experience in recruiter.
  • Demonstrated success in managing bulk hiring campaigns.
  • Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.



COMPENSATION

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Salary Range: 3 LPA to 5 LPA
