Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, and other sourcing strategies
• Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling
• Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and refine job requirements
• Support onboarding processes and documentation for selected hires
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR coordination (agency or in-house)
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a remote environment
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS tools
• Self-starter with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
