Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an External Recruiter in the International domain.
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and a strong background in BPO/Call Centre industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for international clients.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
Strong knowledge of international recruitment processes and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
