About the Role: We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team as Recruiter Interns or Entry-Level Recruiters . Whether you're just starting your HR journey or have up to 2 years of experience, this role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Role & responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms Assist in onboarding coordination and HR documentation Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and recruitment tasks Requirements: 0 to2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT hiring experience is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and familiarity with recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team spirit What We Offer: Practical training in full-cycle recruitment Exposure to multiple industry domains and hiring strategies Internship certificate / Experience letter (for interns and contract roles) Potential for full-time role conversion based on performance A supportive and people-first work environment
