Job Description

1-2 years of experience in IT Recruitment (Domestic Hiring). Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including contract staffing, permanent staffing, technical recruitment, sourcing, etc. . Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently. Must be ready for WFO for 5 days (BTM Layout, Bangalore) Only Immediate Joiners can apply for this role. Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions. Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
