Job description KPMG India is hiring dedicated IT Sourcers /Recruiter on Third party contractual role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for with effective sourcing strategies . Role Requirement : IT Sourcer Role - Strong IT hiring skills , with excellent sourcing skills from linkedin , naukri & various other chanels . Should have experience in hiring for Oracle modules Excellent communication skills Attention to detail. Basic understanding of IT systems, Knowledge of MS office ( MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc) Have the ability to work under pressure stringent deadlines and tough client conditions . Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic.
