Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews over phone or video conferencing. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, updating status reports, and following up on offers. Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment (C2C/US IT Staffing). Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.). Strong understanding of W2 employment processes and regulations. Proficiency in using ATS systems like Fieldglass or similar tools.
