Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires. Conduct background verifications, joining formalities, and ensure timely offer generation. Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure smooth induction into the organization. Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures related to employee life cycle management. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers extended, and other relevant metrics. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in US HR or equivalent industry experience (IT/Non-IT). MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or relevant field preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of US HR processes including onboarding process, background verification, offer generation etc. . Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates at various levels.
