Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and referrals.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines for multiple roles across industries.
Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling and feedback collection.
Maintain trackers, reports, and database of candidates.
Handle client communication in Hindi and English effectively.
Support business development team by sharing insights on talent availability.
