Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
Create and post job descriptions on relevant portals and professional networks.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and headhunting.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and evaluate candidates suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panels.
Manage the offer process including salary negotiation and documentation.
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles.
Stay updated with industry hiring trends and suggest innovative sourcing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process.
Proficiency in sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and persuasion skills for effective offer management.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and reporting skills (Excel/ATS).
