As a Recruiter at the chemical manufacturing company within the high performing Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to drive end-to-end recruitment processes in a hybrid work arrangement. You will work 3 days from the office and 2 days from home, collaborating with various stakeholders to build strategic relationships with business counterparts and leaders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver across the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a preference for experience in volume recruitment and fast-paced environments - Manage multiple stakeholders and closely partner with hiring managers for a best-in-class recruitment process - Provide guidance beyond recruitment, offering market insights, trends, and competitor movements - Develop exceptional candidate experiences and enhance brand engagement - Build, nurture, and expand strategic talent pools **Qualifications Required:** - Proven years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, volume recruitment, talent mapping, and talent pooling from RPO, internal, or executive search firm backgrounds - Experience in recruiting for fast-paced environments, delivering high volumes of candidates for pharmaceutical and commercial roles - Expertise in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing various channels and approaches - Proficient in managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience recruiting for IT - techno-functional roles and non-IT roles in finance, supply chain, HR, and Operations backgrounds At Hudson Talent Solutions, you will have the chance to work with renowned brands, receive Thrive days for health and wellbeing support, and participate in recognition programs to celebrate employee success.
