Position: Recruiter Experience: 1 to 6 years into Bulk hiring experience mandetory Location: Work from Home (Women Only) Company: Jobs Territory Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and assessments, to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates throughout the recruitment life-cycle. Negotiate offers and facilitate the on-boarding process for successful candidates. Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and outcomes. WHAT DOES JOB TERRITORY PROVIDE? Mobile Reimbursement(Monthly Recharge) Leading Job Portal Login Access, Database will be provided. Single Point of Contact from Jobs Territory, Who will be doing your orientation & training. LinkedIn training and account optimization. Offer letter and experience letter will be provided. WORK TIMINGS Monday to Saturday, 10Am to 7Pm (In between any 4 to 5 hrs.)
